Class Chalet cum Class Gathering

Hey! I am here to post the details of the coming class chalet cum gathering.

How to get there?
Take Mrt to Pasir Ris Mrt and take bus no. 403 and alight at the round-a-about. (see the map!)

Check-in Time:
4pm

Meeting time?
I suggest u all meet up at about 3.30pm at Pasir Ris Mrt (I won't be around, i will be going there straight with all the barang barang)

What are we going to there?
27th November 2007:
Once checked in, we will first prepare for our dinner (BBQ). Everyone will have to play a part. There will be 4 BBQ pits(mini) with 5 people (max) attached to it. Those being assign to their respective BBQ pits will be in charge of cooking food in ur unique way. The rest will be preparing the raw food and distribute them according to the 4 groups.

There will be some sort of informal graduation ceremony going on after we finished cooking the food. We gonna toast! And MRS tan will be giving out the special gift!!!

Afterwhich, it is free time! Own self own target! Wanna play mahjong? PLAY! Wanna watch movie? WATCH! Wanna play basketball? PLAY! Wanna go beach and see stars? GO! etc...

28th November 2007:
I'm not very sure are u guys interested in doing kaYaking(need to pay)? If you are, please let me know ASAP! i need to book the facilities at the nearby Sea Sport Club. Alternatively, we can play beach volleyball, swim at the beach, go escape theme park or even cycle! This meant for those who are staying till the second day. We may have to settle our dinner outside.

What to bring?
Well...As usual, bring your clothes, shoes (complusory) if u are doing kayaking, towel and undergarments, toiletries, your handphone charge with the additional socket, the fixed charge of $20 bucks for the chalet, variable charge for the second day lunch and dinner and entertainment, DVDs and VCDs, mahjong sets, soccer or basketball court.

NOTE: The chalet is rather small, nonetheless we have 2 units which is about 4 rooms, 2 kitchen and 2 living rooms. There is NO two-pin plug provided! Please bring it yourself. Best still, bring those multi-plug 1. The chalet is located very near the pasir ris park playground and beach. On top of that there is a basketball court, a mini-arcade room, jackpot room and a big field. So...YOU MIGHT WANT TO BRING MORE COINS, BASKET OR SOCCER BALLs!
