moral prob:
1. obstruction by spouses illness
2. encourages irresponsible behaviour (social)
3. divorce as a way out --> easy come easy go marriages.

social prob:
1. unstable society: (religion) divorce = sin --> condemnation from religious groups (moral)
2. children:
a. bad examples (moral)
b. custody cases
c. single parent family

civilised solution
1. avoid fighting/ quarrelling
2. personal freedom
